You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription from your user account. Just click the username icon, on the top right.

By cancelling the automatic renewal, you are not ending yor Premium plan. This will remain active until th end of the period you have paid for (whether this is monthly or annual), but you will no longer be changed for this subscription going forward.

In order to update your personal information, please, proceed to the upper panel on the screen and click gear icon. Then select Profile, and feel free to adjust any of your personal information.

Please, be informed that in case of email, name/surname and LinkedIn account change, a confirmation of your account by Jobla.co Admin will be required.

If you forgot the email you used upon registration, feel free to contact our Support team by clicking the Envelope button at the bottom right of the screen and provide us with your name, last name and verification email.

If you forgot your password, please, use the “Forgot password” link on Log in page or go directly to Forgot Password page.

If you found a job and would like not to receive matches anymore, you can easily unpublish your account at the top of your profile.

The way Jobla.co works candidates are getting matching offers, that meet their salary expectations and require their level of skills, experience, etc they have previously set in the profile. As for the recruiters, after they post a vacancy with described requirements, we find and show it to the seekers who fit vacancy description. And then, only interested candidates will apply for the position they are really into. This helps not to waste time on communication with every potentially fitting person/company.

On Jobla.co you are not required to have a work or education experience to get a perfect match for your skills.

Unpublishing your account will cancel all your matches and you won’t receive new ones. In order to unpublish your account, please, proceed to your Profile, click on the Published toggle.

When your account is marked as Published, you are in active search and we work hard on finding your matches. With published account you receive job notifications and take part in matches creation.

When your account is Unpublished, all your information is hidden from the matching algorithm. We recommend unpublishing your account if you got hired and do not want to receive notifications anymore.

All the notifications you receive can be adjusted in Settings. To adjust notifications, please, click the gear icon at the top right - select Settings and disable or enable necessary notifications.

“Achievements” is a field to mark any relevant courses you took, projects you made or conferences you took part in. If you feel that there is something significant we need to know about you, feel free to mention it in Achievements.

“Archive” option should be used when the vacancy is closed or not relevant anymore. After Recruiter clicks Archive, he gets a possibility to either mark the vacancy as “I hired someone” or “Closed”. Later, you will be able to gather statistics on your closed and archived vacancies to improve your HR department workflow.
