1. General Terms and Conditions

If you choose to use Jobla.co (hereinafter – the Website) and Website applications, including API, software and other files, you hereby grant your consent to comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth in these Website Terms of Use (hereinafter – the Terms), including by registering your personal account on the Website. These Terms shall constitute a legally binding service agreement between the user and the Company on the use of the Website and its services by the user. If you are using Jobla.co on behalf of a company or other legal entity, then "you" also means such company or legal entity and you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms contained in these terms of use and privacy policy, you should not use the services of this Website.

1.2. We may change the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms at any time, and such changes shall become effective immediately after being published on the Website.

1.3. You shall be under the obligation to review these Terms before each use of the Website. If you continue to use the Website after we publish the modified Terms, this shall constitute your consent to abide by the Terms with all of the changes made hereto.

1.4. If any provision of these Terms or any change hereto is unacceptable to you, you may choose not to begin using the Website or to cancel your account in the manner specified in Section _ of these Terms.

2.Registration and Security

2.1. As part of the registration or account creation process, you shall create account login data by selecting a password and providing an email address. You will also be required to give us certain information about yourself which should be accurate and updated.

2.2. Each registration is valid for one user. You may not share your registered account login data so that no one else can have access to your account. We may cancel or suspend your access to the Website if you share your account login data. You shall be responsible for keeping your password confidential and you should not give it to anybody. You may not (a) select or use account data of another person with the intention of making yourself out to be that person, (b) use account data without the permission of its rights holder, or (с) use the account data at your sole discretion. Failure to comply with the above provisions shall be regarded as a breach of the Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account.

2.3. To access or use the Website, you must be at least 18 years of age or, if older, the age of majority in your jurisdiction, otherwise you may not use the Website. You may not use the Website if we have terminated your account or banned you.

2.4. You are required to report at support@jobla.co about any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password.

2.5. You shall be responsible for any use of or activity on your account on the Website, including for use of the account by third parties with your permission. Any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal activity may constitute the reason for termination of your account, at our discretion, and we may also send this information to the competent law enforcement agencies. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse.

3.Our services

3.1 Our mission is to give people the power to build both career and business. We make communication in the field of employment easier and more productive for each of the parties. Recruitment and job search in the IT area will no longer be a problem.

3.2 To help advance this mission, we provide the services described below to you: — System of matches

Our platform works on the matching system – both Recruiters and Candidates receive only relevant options for what they are looking for. You, as a Recruiter, do not have access to a database of candidates. Instead, you can see profiles of only those who are interested in working with you. You, as a Candidate, see only those vacancies that match your experience, specialization and requirements. The Recruiters who have posted each of these vacancies cannot see the Candidate's profile before he/she applies. — Anonymous profile for Candidates.

You, as a Candidate, can look for a new job and not be afraid that someone in your company will know about it. You can also be sure that there is no discrimination on grounds of personally parameters – the match is based only on your skills and their level.

4.Payment

You’ll honor your payment obligations and you understand that there may be fees and taxes that are added to our prices. We don't guarantee refunds.

4.1 If you have been registered as a Recruiter and hired a Candidate through this Website, you must pay a fee to this Website in the amount of 20% of the expected salary indicated by the Candidate you hired. After submitting the hiring you will receive an invoice with all the necessary information for making the payment. If you need an act of provided services to pay a fee, you should mark this in the comment to the hiring report, and we will send the documents to your email address. When you use our services, you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes. Failure to pay these fees will result in a ban of your account. Also, you agree that your payment may be subject to foreign exchange fees. Currency conversion is conducted at the commercial cross rate set by the bank as of the current date. You can get a copy of your invoice through your Jobla.co account settings under “Payment History”.

5. Feed

5.1 Jobla.co does not publish any news or articles. The news Feed posted on this Website is an automatically created collection of previews to web pages of articles published on various web sites of Ukraine and the world.

5.2 Articles that are collected by software and placed in a relevant category are presented in the Feed, regardless of position or ideology of the websites that have published each of them. Thus, you as the user of this Website can independently select the topic of interest and the source that published the relevant article. In order to do this you need to click on the appropriate link and follow it to the corresponding Internet site.

6. Limitation of liability or disclaimers

6.1 You expressly understand and agree that you alone are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of all information you provide to this Website. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any untrue or inaccurate information provided by you or any other user you have communicated with.

6.2 We do not give any guarantees about the collaboration of the users of this Website after they have approved the job offer. We do not take responsibility for further communication of users outside of this Website.

6.3 We are not responsible for the practices of sites linked to from the Services, and you are advised to review their rules and policies before interacting with any of these sites or providing them with any private information.

7. Termination

7.1. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@jobla.co. You shall receive an automatic email notification confirming that your account deactivation request is accepted, will be processed and analyzed. After your request being moderated, the access should be terminated within 1 business day.

7.2 If you have been registered as a Recruiter and have debts on your account, we reserve the right to retain your data until the debts are repaid.

7.3 If you have been registered as a Candidate, you expressly understand and agree that if you terminate your account before receiving a bonus, you may not be able to get it thereafter, even if you were hired through this Website.

7.4. The Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the entire Website or part thereof for any reason, including a breach of or failure to comply with these Terms.

8. Notification of changes

8.1 These Terms may be updated from time to time to accurately reflect the services of this Website. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Once any updated Terms are in effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use this Website.

8.2 If you do not agree to our updated Terms and no longer want to use the services of this Website, you can delete your account at any time.
